Affordable Housing Programs

Your donation helps families move into safe, stable homes.

We work to increase access to quality rental and homeownership opportunities for households earning 80% AMI or below.
Your support strengthens our ongoing programs:

HOME Program – Developing and managing affordable housing for working families.
HSP (Housing Support Program) – Providing rental assistance and technical help to communities in need.
NHTF Initiatives – Supporting long-term housing stability for Oklahomans with the greatest needs.

Training & Capacity Building

Your gift keeps these sessions affordable and accessible statewide.

Through specialized trainings and consulting, we help community organizations, developers, and local leaders create new housing opportunities.
In Spring 2026, we’ll launch our Faith-Based Land & Senior Housing Training, helping churches and nonprofits explore how to use available land for workforce and senior housing projects.
We also offer LIHTC, HOME, and HSP consulting to help partners plan, fund, and deliver successful developments.

Research & Data
